SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY


International delivery: Shipping varies depending on the destination

Mies Editions delivers all over the world. International Shipments are made via DHL and UPS.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the country.


Pre-orders

When items are purchased on preorder, we estimate to ship within 8 weeks from the moment the pre-order season is closed.

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email.


Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mieseditions.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product arrives damaged you have 3 days to contact us by email at: contact@mieseditions.com


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
